Vodafone employed Staffing’s smart services for POS merchandising across the Melbourne Metropolitan area. Creative visual displays were installed in high volume sales stores to drive sales of the various Prepay Caps and Plans Vodafone has on offer.

In the highly competitive mobile phone market, Vodafone acknowledged the need to increase the visual representation of their Prepay Caps and Plans. Major Melbourne telecommunications retail outlets were identified for their customer demographics and high volume sales activities.

Staffing, being an experienced generalist staffing provider with national capabilities, was chosen from a wide range of candidates to take responsibility for Vodafone’s nationwide visual merchandising.

With our top, most experienced merchandising professionals, Staffing assembled a dynamic merchandising team to cover the stores across Melbourne. Our team was required to negotiate directly with the store  managers for prime display space, maximising the impact of Vodafone’s branding. Display stands, utilising a variety of POS material, were built on site allowing the merchandisers to use their creative flair, experience and extensive merchandising knowledge.

A Staffing Account Manager was allocated to the Vodafone campaign to ensure the stringent KPI’s were met. With a detailed call planner established, POS material logistics organised and experienced merchandisers on the road, Staffing delivered the results demanded.

The Staffing merchandising campaign was highly successful. All stores were visited within the tight timeframe needed for optimal impact. The well placed, highly visible POS displays resulted in increased sales and positive brand recognition.
