Republic Events is in an event management organisation operating in both Sydney and Melbourne.  When they approached Staffing in need of 22 facilitation staff per day for seven straight days, Staffing delivered with sensation staff who ensured the event went according to plan and that the participants were kept happy.

With an upcoming motor industry focus group event requiring facilitation staff, Republic Events approached Staffing on their search for the right staff.  The staff required were to facilitate the event in running smoothly, from an administrative perspective.

This event would run for seven days and require two shifts of 11 people each.  Importantly Republic Events did not just want “mindless promotional staff” to flippantly interact with participants, but instead required staff who would understand the administrative needs of such a facilitation role.

The main distinguishing factor between Staffing’s temporary facilitation staff and general promotional staff is contact with customers.  In the case of Republic Events, there were no customers, and staff were not there to promote any service or product, they were instead present to ensure the event went smoothly from a more administrative level.
