Key Responsibilities include To be proactive in the appearance of the Radio Station on the streets (includes sales promotion events and station events) Liaise with clients Maintain a high level of interaction with listeners (at all times) Inform listeners of each specific promotion Being responsible for voice training and maintaining a high on-air standard Ensure that brand integrity is maintained at all times Take photos of different events for clients Maintenance of vehicle (petrol interior clean report (and written report) on all incidents) Adhering to client briefs and maintaining a professional appearance at all events Maintenance of product cage (to be kept clean at all times) The successful candidate will have Ideally you will have an open New South Wales drivers licence to drive our street team cars EventPromotional Experience Strong Communication and problem-solving skills Exceptional time management skills and a strong ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure and prioritise Ability to work in a team environment and dependable RSA (ideal but not essential) Working with Children Certificate (ideal but not essential) Food Handling Certificate (ideal but not essential) First Aid (ideal but not essential) Benefits Culture People enjoy working at ARN because we are a fun and fast paced place to work. Campaign Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

We™re searching for a Campaign Coordinator to join the team on an initial 2 month fixed term contract As a Campaign Coordinator you are responsible for facilitating on-air promos maintain relationships between Foxtel™s internal and external channels to meet targets set by the Head of Content Story. Additionally you will supports the wider Campaign Team and the Executive Campaign Manager Your purpose Data management of all internally externally produced promos in IBMS working on a monthly priority list of approximately 70 different campaigns. Track and manage promo deliveries from internal and external sources. Set up various campaigns in TechEdge at the direction of the Executive Campaign Manager Executive Campaign Planning Manager. Assist with daily log checking and distribution as required. Cue sheet entry for external channel campaigns. Check troubleshoot the œrecord me function on all campaigns 14 days from TX. Provide weekly campaign progress reports to the Executive Campaign Manager. Manage the placements of sponsorship campaigns daily to ensure they meet their specified targets. Commission Platform Trailers and track validations. End of campaign reporting for campaigns as required. (Includes planned and achieved TARPs, reach, frequency, conversion and œrecord me interaction to name a few factors). Process end of campaign reporting for sponsorship campaigns in a format that is specific to their target. Provide insights into audience activity as discovered through progress and end of campaign reporting. Upload promo campaigns onto Foxtel Now Foxtel App interfaces as directed. Report on promo campaign activity on Foxtel Now Foxtel App interfaces. Process updated break structures and optimise all Sky News channels on a daily basis. Check and distribute Sky News logs to business standard. Assist the executive Campaign Manager Executive Campaign Planning Manager as required. Organise run weekly promo viewing meeting for wider team. Troubleshoot and investigate any system issues. Propose implement new and improved processes to optimize workflow. Your capability Over 12 months experience in an entry level role in broadcast, e.g. Video Tapes, Library, On Air. Strong data input skills “ able to process and maintain the integrity of a high volume of data on a daily basis. Understanding of TARPS, reach frequency preferred but not essential An understanding of the ASTRA code of practice, APRA classification guidelines. Methodical approach to problem solving. Must have excellent attention to detail - able to spot errors and inconsistencies. Experience in IBMS is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Strong sense of initiative. What™s in it for you?
