Your contribution to the team includes Uncovering and analysing current and future market problems, trends, behaviours and personas through research market engagement Managing the research process strategically to meet product objectives write targeted product-specific review questionnaires and administer online and telephone surveys deliver digital product demonstrations help facilitate focus groups synthesise data gathered to guide product strategy, authoring and development. Aiding the Portfolio Leadswith the preparation of effective business cases to support market-driven product innovations or enhancements, and new products and services within the portfolio Maintaining contracts and rights agreements for the content development team Maintaining a thorough and logical archive of project files and documents. Liaising with royalty and marketing teams during product setup process Entering market contact and research into MHE™s customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Ensuring all relevant sales leads are communicated to internal stakeholders. What you™ll need to be successful minimum 1 year administrative support experience Attention to detail handle the various stages of research and administration, and associated documentation, data-gathering and meetings essential to the process. High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, internet applications) Bachelor™s degree.

Your role with us Reporting to the Online Publishing and Editing Lead, you will be responsible for writing, editing and publishing a range of content for our website and online services. You will be responsible for responding to and managing business-as-usual digital content requests through our triage system ensuring content published to our website addresses the needs of our customers and provides the best possible customer experience advising stakeholders across the organisation on digital best practices, championing the customer as end-user reviewing content from other writers against policy standards and digital best practice. About you To be successful in this role, you will have experience in writing for the web and a solid understanding of plain English, accessibility and SEO principles. You will have experience writing, editing and repurposing a range of digital content types, and will have experience contributing to the production and publishing of content for complex, large-scale websites. Your tertiary qualification in communications, journalism or professional writingediting (or related discipline) will be paramount to your success in this role.
